Cody Wayne Burkhart works at the intersection of engineering, neuroscience, and human performance. He spent nearly two decades at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, supporting astronaut readiness and leading projects including the Advanced Resistive Exercise Device and the KRAKN analytics system aboard the International Space Station. He also served as chief of the HumanWorks Lab, where he brought together sensing, simulation, and biomechanics to study how people perform in demanding environments. Trained in aerospace and mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a master’s in Neuroscience & Behavior from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, his work has extended beyond space into collaborations with special operations units, professional athletes, and performance-focused teams. He is a co-founder of Anthropy Partners and continues to work across government, research, and industry, focused on how we expand human capability in a world increasingly shaped by advanced technology—without losing the human in the process. Dr. Jeffrey Bland is a globally recognized thought leader who has spent more than four decades advancing the science of human health. Widely regarded as a pioneer of Functional Medicine, Dr. Bland has championed a systems-biology approach to care grounded in personalized, research-driven lifestyle interventions. Dr. Hagen (B.S., M.S., Ph.D. in Chemical and Materials Engineering) has over two decades of experience in biosensors and 15 years in human performance research across the Air Force Research Laboratory, West Virginia University, and The Ohio State University. His teams conduct both laboratory and field-based studies using multimodal data, including heart rate, HRV, sleep, biomarkers, biomechanics, cognitive testing, and aerobic/anaerobic performance assessments. Through rigorous study design and innovative analytics, HPC translates complex data into actionable insights to enhance health, readiness, and performance.

Greg Waibel is Chief Operating Officer of YMCA of the USA, the national resource office for the country’s largest community-based health and wellness organization. Greg helps guide a federated network serving more than 17 million people annually through fitness, preventive health, youth development, and community well-being programs operating at national scale.
A focus of YMCA of the USA’s strategy is addressing social isolation—now recognized as a critical public health and economic challenge—by intentionally creating connected communities. Jamie Mark spent over a decade at Soho House, where she focused on membership and cultural programming. She joined Proper Hospitality in 2024 to lead the development of its wellness and cultural membership initiatives across the portfolio.
Her work is centered on building a cohesive membership platform that connects guests and locals through a shared interest in wellbeing, programming, partnerships, and experiences. She also oversees wellness initiatives across Proper’s properties, including Recovery Rooms, Retreats, and practitioner residencies, integrating wellbeing into both the hotel experience and the broader membership offering. In addition, Jamie leads PR and external communications and partnerships.
She is based in Lake Tahoe with her family, where Proper is developing Lake Tahoe Proper, set to open in 2027 at the historic Cal Neva site.

Nate Checketts is the Co-Founder & CEO of Rhone, the performance driven apparel brand made by and for those in the pursuit of progress. Prior to Rhone, Nate worked for and consulted with some of the biggest technology and entertainment properties in the world including Cisco, The National Football League, Legends, FanVision and Sport Radar. Nate is also an avid entrepreneur who founded and launched 4 companies before the age of 30, including Rhone and Mangia Technologies, whose patents were later acquired by the San Francisco 49ers. Danny Dulkin, PMP, joined Arch Amenities Group with over a decade of industry experience in the design, development, and operations of world class fitness facilities across multiple verticals. Danny and his design team have delivered over 200 turn-key fitness center developments for AAG and have accumulated dozens of Fortune 500 design wins.
Turn-key projects under his supervision typically include outreach and scope development, feasibility studies, design, bidding, project management, procurement, commissioning, and closeout processes, as well as vendor management. Danny has been active in competitive athletics throughout his entire life, even participating at the collegiate and professional levels. He received a B.S. in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University.
